All requirements of Chapter 1, Development Procedures, of the City Land <br />Development Code pertaining to Future Land Use Map Amendments and Zoning Map <br />amendments have been met. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />6. The City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of the following <br />ordinance is in the interest ofthe public health, morals, welfare and safety. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The Future Land Use Plan of the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan is <br />revised to change the future land use designation for the following real property from Low <br />Density Residential and Medium Density Residential to Medium Density Residential: <br /> <br />Street address: 400 Block of Stagecoach Trail <br /> <br />Size: 20.1942 acres, more or less <br /> <br />Legal description: See the legal description attached as Exhibit A <br /> <br />Deed or plat reference: Volume 249, Page 835, and Volume 1963, Page 389, Hays <br />County Official Public Records <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map ofthe City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the I <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the tract of real property described in <br />Section 1 above from FD Future Development District and PH-ZL Patio Home - Zero Lot Line <br />Residential District to TH Townhouse Residential District. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The Future Land Use Plan ofthe San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan is <br />revised to change the future land use designation for the following real property from Low <br />Density Residential and Medium Density Residential to Medium Density Residential: <br /> <br />Street address: 400 Block of Stagecoach Trail <br /> <br />Size: 6.9114 acres, more or less <br /> <br />Legal description: See the legal description attached as Exhibit B <br /> <br />Deed or plat reference: Volume 249, Page 835, and Volume 1963, Page 389, Hays <br />County Official Public Records <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
