Map showing existing uses and conditions of real property in Zone <br />No. 5 <br />Zone No. 5 consists of approximately 244 acres of commercial, retail, <br />restaurants and office uses within the City's previously designated <br />Downtown SmartCode District. <br />Development and redevelopment of the property within Zone No. 5's <br />boundaries is necessary because the area is undeveloped or <br />underdeveloped and because of obsolete platting, deterioration of <br />structures or site improvements, or other factors, arrests the sound <br />growth of the City's downtown. <br />The map on this page illustrates the current condition of the land. <br />
