RESOLUTION 2011- 1$4 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND LOOMIS PARTNERS, INC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $206,230,00 FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE WILLOW <br />SPRINGS CREED CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS AND GUADALUPE <br />STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT LOCATED WITHIN THE <br />VICTORY GARDENS SUBDIVISION CONTINGENT UPON THE <br />ENGINEER'S PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS# <br />TEXAS; <br />PART I, The attached agreement between the City and Loomis Partners, Inc, for the <br />provision of professional engineering services in connection with the Willow Springs Crock <br />Channel Improvements and Guadalupe Street Bridge Replacement Project located within the <br />Victory Gardens Subdivision in an amount not to exceed $286,2�0,00 is approved contingent <br />upon the Engineer's timely submission of sufficient insurance in accordance with the Agreement. <br />PART 2, The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City, <br />PART 3, This Resolution will be in full force and effect immediately from and after <br />its passage, <br />ADOPTED this the 14th day of December. 2011 <br />aniel Guerrero <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br />
