RUSSEK MARTINEZ <br />FIELD NOTES FOR A 30 FOOT WIDE PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />Being a 30 foot wide strip (0.179 acres) out of the Barnett .O. Kane Survey, Hays <br />County, Texas and also being out of Lot 1, Block 2 of R and R Subdivision, Section Two <br />as recorded in Book Q Page 768 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, and being <br />more particularly described as follows; <br />Beginning at a W' iron pin found for the most Southerly comer of said Lot 1, <br />Block 2, and said comer being in the Northwest line of a 20.00 acre tract of land as <br />recorded in Volume 2007, Page 812 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; <br />Thence departing the Northwest line of said 20 acre tract of land, and with the <br />Southwest line of said Lot 1, N 410 37' 52" W a distance of 30.00 feet to a point for the <br />Northwest comer of this herein described easement; <br />Thence departing said Southwest line of said Lot 1, and being 30 feet North of <br />and parallel with the Southeast line of said Lot 1, N 481 29' 51" E a distance of 259.96 <br />feet to a point in the Northeast line of said Lot 1, the Southwest line of County Road <br />#232 (also known as Redwood Road); <br />Thence with said Northeast line of lot 1, the Southwest line of County Road #232 <br />S 41 ° 23' 24" E a distance of 30.00 feet to a point for the most Easterly corner of this <br />herein described easement, and said Easterly corner being S 48° 28' 51" W a distance of <br />24.87 feet from a %z" iron pin found for the Northerly corner of said 20.00 acre tract of <br />land, the Easterly corner of said 43.40 acre tract of land, <br />1 <br />Russek B-2 legal.max
