Caldwell County. Texas. as shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swort. Surveyor. This parcells shawn on a plat dated 'Z1 November 2004 by Charles R. Swart. Surveyor. and is desCribed by metes and bOunds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron witness monument noted is a 5/8 inch diameter iron bar, 18 inches long, with a two inch diQm8ter aluminum cap marked SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 2004 (No.1 W.C. VS XUV 2' OFFSET CHARLES R. SWART Sl)RVEYOR and with the point number shown on the plot and cited herein. Bearings are based on the center Rne t;>eoring of State Highwoy No. 21 as shown on the right of way map of the Texas HIghway Department dated March 1937. as the center line was found marked on the ground between stations 1'Z1 + 53 and 158 + 10.
