Hopkins Street, <br />San Marcos, Hays County, TX 78666 <br /> <br />Consideration: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration. <br /> <br />Easement Area: Being approximately 615 square feet of land adjacent to and contiguous with the fee taking <br />for right of way purposes on Project Parcel # 14a. <br /> <br />Right-of -Way Area: Being 0.021 acres; said 0.021 acres of land being more particularly described in Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Reservations From and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: None <br /> <br />Grantor, for the consideration, grants and conveys to the Grantee, a temporary construction easement for its <br />use in the construction of improvements in the public right-of-way through and over the Easement Area, <br />together with the right of access and thoroughfare within, across, through and over the Easement Area at all <br />times, to have and to hold it to Grantee and Grantee's successors or assigns for a term beginning on the date <br />of commencement of construction activities on the Craddock Avenue Street Improvement Project and <br />automatically terminating upon the completion of such construction activities.
