I I I Attachment B Project Title: STEP Wave Subgrantee: City of San Marcos ThIS certIficatIOn is a material representatIOn of fact upon whIch relIance was placed when this transactIOn was made or entered into. SubmISSIOn of this certification is a prerequisIte for makmg or entenng mto this transactIon imposed by SectIOn 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code. Any person who fails to file the reqUIred certIfication shall be subject to a cIvil penalty of not less than $10,000 and not more than $100,000 for each such failure. ARTICLE 26. CHILD SUPPORT STATEMENT Unless the Sub grantee is a governmental or non-profit entity, the Sub grantee certifies that it eIther WIll go to the Department's website noted below and complete the Child Support Statement or already has a ChIld Support Statement on file wIth the Department. The Sub grantee IS responsible for keeping the ChIld Support Statement current and on file wIth that office for the duration of thIS Agreement period. The Sub grantee further certIfies that the Child Support Statement on file contains the child support information for the mdivIduals or business entities named m thIS grant. Under Section 231.006, Family Code, the Subgrantee certifies that the individual or busmess entity named in this Agreement is not melIgible to receIve the speCIfied grant or payment and acknowledges that this Agreement may be termmated and payment may be WIthheld If thIS certification IS inaccurate.
