She is currently working on a unit and department policy for the <br />crime victim services program. A written survey will be developed in early 2005 for the <br />gathering of information from crime victims served by the unit so that adjustment can be <br />made for improvement or expansion of services provided. <br /> <br />Procedures are being developed to insure that every violent crime victim that is contacted <br />by San Marcos Police Department personnel, regardless of division of assignment, will <br />be contacted either by phone, by letter or in person by the Crime Victim Services <br />Coordinator. <br />
