HOLT IN <br />VOLUME 84, PAGE 106, DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, <br />TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY <br />METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point on the east right-of-way line of Itt 35 (right~of-way width <br />varies) said point being on the west boundary line of said I89.6 acre tract, from which a <br />72" iron rod found on said east right-of-way line of IH 35, at the most southerly comer of <br />a called 14.66 acre tract of land described in a deed to 'William M.
