Mayor Narvaiz opened the public hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to speak. 1) Tom Wassenich encouraged the Council to retain <br />the May election date. He stated he feels a November election date will <br />create a partisan election. Mayor Narvaiz asked if anyone else wished to <br />speak.
