<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT" A" <br /> <br />CITY INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Potable Water - Upper Pressure Plane Loop (construction of: Option 1 - a 16-inch water <br />transmission main along Lime Kiln Road from Post Road to a 250,000 gallon water storage tank <br />and 3500 gpm booster pump station, with a 16-inch pipeline through the Gilmore property to the <br />edge of the Project Site; OR Option 2 - modifications to the Spring Lake Booster Station and <br />extension of a 16-inch water pipeline along Ed JL Green Drive and Laurel Ridge Drive, and <br />through the Gilmore Property to the edge ofthe Project Site). <br /> <br />Wastewater - (a) MKT/Riverside Interceptor project (construction of a 24-inch gravity <br />wastewater main from northbound frontage road at IH-35, along Riverside Drive, along the <br />MKT RR to the existing Bobcat Lift Station); and (b) Sink Creek Interceptor Phase I project <br />(construction of 18-inch gravity wastewater main from east of the MKT RR, along Post Road <br />and Lime Kiln Road to the corner of the Gilmore Property, and through the Gilmore Property to <br />the edge ofthe Project Site). <br /> <br />Roadway - Bert Brown Road Extension (widening existing roadway to 36 feet wide, including <br />construction of new culvert crossing or bridge over Sink Creek with capacity to convey a 100- <br />year flood, and construction of new 36 foot wide paved roadway up to 2300 linear feet in length <br />into the Gilmore Property to the edge of the Project Site). <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />69311413 <br />
