On September 28, 2004, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Map <br />of the Master Plan from High Density Residential, Open Space and Industrial tD <br />Commercial for a 8.95 acre, more or less, tract near State Highway 123 and Wonder <br />World Drive; from High Density Residential, Open Space and Industrial to Low Density <br />Residential for a 20.64 acre, more or less, tract near State Highway 123 and Wonder <br />World Drive; from High Density Residential, Open Space and Industrial to Public and <br />Institutional for a 5.30 acre, more or less, tract near State Highway 123 and Wonder <br />World Drive; from High Density Residential, Open Space and Industrial to Open Space <br />for a 6.64 acre, more or less, tract near State Highway 123 and Wonder World Drive; and <br />from High Density Residential, Open Space and Industrial to Industrial for a 11.15 acre., <br />more or less, tract near State Highway 123 and Wonder World Drive. <br /> <br />2. Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission did, on September 28, 2004, consider the request and voted to approve the <br />request, and has recommended that the request be approved by the City Council of the <br />City. <br />
