<br />1996, from Carolyn S. Briggs and Helmer H. Hageman to Stokes Family Partners, Ltd. of record in
<br />Volume 1229, Page 208, Official Public Records Hays County, Texas, same being the southwest lIne of
<br />that certain tract ofland called to be 2.19 acres as described in a deed dated March 29, 1989, from Robert
<br />W. Bowden and Diann M. Bowden to Nickolas G. Ramus, Jr. ofrecord in Volume 775, Page 749, Real
<br />Property Records Hays County, Texas, said Yz-inch iron rod found being the east comer of the said 1.221
<br />acre Hays County right-of-way tract, same being the south comer of that certain tract of land called to be
<br />0.1058 acre as described in a deed dated April 7, 1997 from Nickolas G. Ramus, Jr. to the County of Hays,
<br />for right-of-way purposes, of record in Volume 1328, Page 454, Official PublIc Records Hays County,
<br />Texas, and being the east comer and POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract described herein;

<br />THENCE with the southeast right-of-way line of said Hays County Road No. 266, bemg the southeast line

<br />said 20.00 acre Stokes tract, being the south comer of the said 1.221 acre Hays County nght-of-way
<br />tract, same being the east comer of the said 0.474 acre Hays County nght-of-way tract, contmumg for a
<br />total dIstance of 1,790.04 feet to a Yz-mch iron rod with plastlc cap stamped "LAI" set at a point-of-
<br />curvature, and
