Multiple Execution. This Agreement is the entire Agreement between the parties <br />hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement will be construed under, governed and enforced in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute arising out of the terms of <br />this Agreement will be in Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />16. No Partnership or Joint Venture.
