Mr. Thomaides moved to reappoint Mark <br />Brinkley as the City Official representative and Mr. Thomaides moved to <br />appoint Donna Bellion as the City/ETJ representative, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />IMaYOr Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of four appointments <br />to the Arts Commission. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to reappoint Katherine Wolf- <br />Grote, Mr. Thomaides moved to reappoint Mary Douthit and Mr. Thomaides <br />moved to appoint Christy Parker, and Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Richard <br />DeLeon, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of seven appointments <br />to the Construction Board of Appeals. Mr. Thomaides moved to appoint Randy <br />Ferrell as the Master plumber representative, Mr. Taylor moved to appoint <br />Walter Mott as the master HVAC contractor representative, Mr. Taylor moved <br />to appoint Curtis Briggs as the commercial builder representative and Mr. <br />Taylor moved to appoint Frank Gomillion as the building design <br />professional representative, Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Albert Armstead <br />as the master electrician representative, Mayor Narvaiz moved to appoint <br />Curtis Seebeck as the residential builder representative, and Mr. Bose <br />moved to appoint Doug Higgins as the citizen at-large, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of four appointments <br />to the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
