If any provision of this easement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future laws, such provision shall be fully severable. This easement shall be construed as if such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never been a part of this easement. The remaining provisions of this easement shall remain effective. 7.05. Amendment to WaterlWastewater Easement. This Amended Easement Agreement is made as a modification of, and in substitution for, that certain WaterlWastewater Easement dated September 2, 1997, and recorded at Volume 172, Page 234 of the Public Records for Caldwell County, Texas, and in Volume 1345, Page 374 of the Official Public Records for Hays County, Texas. This Amended Easement Agreement is effective as of September 2, 1997, and the parties in all other respects ratify and confirm this agreement as a modification of, and in substitution for, the WaterlWastewater Easement.
