<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" 2 of 3 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT"A" <br />WATER PIPELINE EASEMENT <br /> <br />Being 1.267 acre tract of land situated in the William Pettus Two League Grant <br />Survey, Caldwell County, Texas and being part of a called 40.850 acre tract of <br />land, conveyed to the City of San Marcos by deed recorded in Volume 374, <br />Page 212, of the Deed Records of Caldwell County, Texas (D.RC.C.T.) and <br />being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a concrete monument found for the southwest corner of said <br />City of San Marcos tract and located in the north line of the M. K. & T. Railroad <br />Company Right-of-Way; <br /> <br />THENCE S 750 47' 42" E~ along the common south line of said City of San <br />Marcos tract and the north line of said M. K. & T. Railroad Company tract, a <br />distance of 320.34 feet to a % inch iron rod set for the POINT OF BEGINNING of <br />the herein described 1.267 acre tract of land; <br />- <br /> <br />THENCE N 290 38' 44" W, departing the south line of said City of San Marcos <br />tract and the north line of said M. K. & T.
