I I I WHEREAS, the undersigned (hereinafter called "GRANTOR"), is the fee simple owners of the PROPERTY and has agreed to grant such easements to GBRA for the consideration and upon the terms and provisions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NOnOO DOLLARS ($10.00) cash in hand and other good and valuable consideration paid by GBRA to the GRANTOR, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, do hereby grant unto GBRA, and unto its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing, rebuilding, relocating, replacing and removing one (1) pipeline, and one (1) pump station and related facilities for the transportation of treated water on, over and across the PROPERTY of the GRANTOR described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The right of way and permanent easement herein conveyed is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, except that during the period of initial construction of said pipeline, pump station and related facilities GBRA shall have the right to use an additional strip of land as a temporary construction easement (companion temporary construction easement) as described in Exhibit "A". THERE IS EXPRESSLY RESERVED to the GRANTOR, its successors and assigns, the right to use fully all of the PROPERTY covered hereby for any purpose not inconsistent with the rights granted to GBRA, its successors and assigns, which reserved rights in and to the PROPERTY by the GRANTOR shall be at all times subject and subservient to the easement rights granted hereunder.
