<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />to the City Engineer for review and the GRANTOR agrees to provide approval <br /> <br />within thirty (30) days of the date the documents are received. <br /> <br />GBRA shall obtain the prior written approval of the GRANTOR for any change <br /> <br />in the location of the treated water pipeline within the permanent easement area <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A" that is proposed after the initial installation of the water <br /> <br />pipeline is completed. GBRA shall provide two (2) sets of documents to the <br /> <br />City Engineer for review and the GRANTOR agrees to provide approval within <br /> <br />thirty (30) days of the date the documents are received. <br /> <br />9. GBRA shall install the portion of the treated water pipeline under the existing <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />concrete roadway in the easement area by open cutting the concrete pavement. <br /> <br />GBRA shall remove and replace the concrete pavement for a depth to match the <br /> <br />existing thickness of concrete pavement and back to the nearest undisturbed <br /> <br />joint. GBRA will also maintain all-weather access while the concrete pavement <br /> <br />is cut open. These conditions will apply to any future repairs that require cutting <br /> <br />the roadway. <br /> <br />10. GBRA shall have the right to use the existing roadway for access to the pipeline <br /> <br />and pump station, provided that GBRA shall repair any damages to the roadway <br /> <br />that occurs in connection with GBRA's use of the roadway or its construction, <br /> <br />operation and maintenance of the pipeline or pump station. <br /> <br />GBRA <br /> <br />acknowledges that the GRANTOR may implement and enforce reasonable <br /> <br />security measures and protocols related to access to the pipeline and pump <br /> <br />station, and GBRA agrees to comply with any such measures and protocols. <br /> <br />PIPELINE EASEMENT (Treated Water) 6/02 <br /> <br />Page 5 of7 <br />
