The <br />Council removed Items 34 and Item 36, adoption of Resolutions, to be <br />considered separately. Mr. Mihalkanin moved for approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held August 23, 2004, approval of minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held August 23, 2004, approval of two Ordinances on second <br />reading, adoption of seven Ordinances on third and final reading, adoption <br />of the remaining eight Resolutions, approval for use of General Fund <br />Contingency Funds in the amount of $56,000.00 for environmental I <br />engineering services related to the proposed Hotel and Conference Center, <br />approval for Change in Services No.6 in the amount of $264,000.00 for the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications Project to CH2MHill for design of <br />solids improvements and approval to set Regular Meeting dates in <br />December, 2004 (proposed dates: Monday, December 6, and Monday, December <br />13, 2004), on consensus, and Mr. Thomaides seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously.
