<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- 151 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR THE MAIN LIFT <br />STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />Dfl.TE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On June 8, 2004 the City received one bid for the Main Lift Station <br />Rehabilitation Project (the "Project") (IFB-24-01 0). <br /> <br />2. After review by City staff it was determined that the bid was higher than the <br />Engineer's estimate of probable cost. <br /> <br />4 The City Council wishes to reject this bid for construction of the Project. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The bid received in response to an invitation for bids for the Project is <br />rejected. <br /> <br />PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from <br />and after its passage. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this the 13 day of September 2004. <br /> <br />6-ti.4{L/,.)
