<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />44. <br /> <br />Exhibit 2 - Coordination Process <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />Coordination will be based upon the equipment represented in Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />2.2 Notification <br /> <br />2.2.1 A 3D-day advance notice of planned requests from the User should be <br />sent to the LCRA Mobile Coordinator to allow for sufficient time to prepare <br />and plan for the installation. At minimum, the advance notice should <br />consists of a telephone call from the User to the LCRA Mobile Coordinator <br />with a follow up fax or email with the details of the scope of work (See <br />Exhibit 3 for the Scope of Work Document). Each installation requires a load study <br />using data by the LCRA MV90 translation group. Analysis of the last two <br />weeks of the power transformer bank load and the past year power <br />transformer bank load allows trending to assist the LCRA Mobile <br />Coordinator in determining which best fit equipment to use. <br /> <br />2.3 Relay Coordination. <br /> <br />2.3.1 After the selection of the best fit equipment, the LCRA Mobile Coordinator <br />will update a status file presently in an Excel format. The status file <br />provides the location and the schedule for a mobile or temporary <br />equipment installation. Friday of each week, the status file will be e- <br />mailed to all applicable personnel to provide the status of all the mobiles <br />and temporary equipment. Included in this e-mail group are the LCRA's <br />System Protection personnel who will run, the planned mobile or <br />temporary equipment installation, relay coordination studies when <br />applicable for the mobile or temporary equipment. <br /> <br />2.3.2 LCRA's System Protection group will work directly with the User to assure <br />that the protection devices and the low-side breaker schemes are <br />coordinated. The over-current relay (circuit switcher) settings are derived <br />based on the transformer capacity and the available short circuit current at <br /> <br />Mobile - Memo of Understanding 8/24/2004 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 11 <br />
