Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (Time Warner pole attachment agreement); Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of public officers (City Council Members); and Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (Hotel and Conference Center Project). Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session at 7:13 p.m. and Mr. Guerrero seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. I Mr. Taylor moved the Council reconvene at 8:57 p.m. and Mr. Guerrero seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. He also I stated the Council gave direction to bring back the Hotel and Conference Center Project on the October 25, 2004 Regular Meeting.
