Mr. Thomaides moved to table the Resolution and Mr. <br />Mihalkanin seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government <br />Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding <br />pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a <br />matter involving attorney-client privilege (Time Warner pole attachment <br />agreement); Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of public officers <br />(City Council Members); and Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or <br />financial information the City has received from a business prospect that <br />the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with <br />which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to <br />deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business <br />prospect (Hotel and Conference Center Project). Mr. Mihalkanin moved the <br />Council adjourn into Executive Session at 7:13 p.m. and Mr. Guerrero <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Taylor moved the Council reconvene at 8:57 p.m. and Mr. Guerrero <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration action or direction to Staff on <br />matters discussed in Executive Session. Mr. O'Leary stated the Council <br />discussed direction regarding matters still in negotiations.
