She <br />stated Vote San Marcos has collected over 1200 signatures on their <br />petition. She stated the petition is not against growthj it is to request <br />the citizens of San Marcos be allowed to vote on the proposed <br />Hotel/Conference Center. 2) Ted Breihan stated he wished to speak <br />Iregarding item 11, adoption of the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan. <br /> <br />* Mr. Taylor and Mr. Guerrero were not present. <br />
