The Hays County <br />Mitigation Plan Goals are described in Section 4.0 of this Plan. <br /> <br />1.9 Distribution of the Draft Action Plan <br /> <br />On October 31,2003, Halff Associates, Inc., on behalf of the Hays County Mitigation Planning <br />Committee, submitted the initial draft of the Mitigation Plan to "Other Agencies" for review <br />with comments and recommendations requested by November 30, 2003. These agencies were <br />requested to review common problems, development policies, mitigation services, <br />inconsistencies and conflicts in policies, plans, programs, and regulations.
