<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />147. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - 173 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE <br />USE OF A PORTION OF THE WOOD STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />BETWEEN LBJ DRIVE AND GUADALUPE STREET; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City at San Marcos is the owner at the Wood Street right-at-way between LBJ <br />Drive and Guadalupe Street. <br /> <br />2. Texas State University wishes to use a portion at the Wood Street right-at-way <br />between LBJ Drive and Guadalupe Street to construct and maintain sidewalk and <br />landscaping improvements. <br /> <br />3. The City Council wishes to approve the request at Texas State University under the <br />terms at the attached License Agreement. <br /> <br />IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1.
