<br />through or under said City, bUt not otherwise. <br /> <br />But the above conveyance is subject to the following condition <br /> <br />and is expressly made provided that said premises here conveyed <br /> <br />be used only: <br /> <br />a. To promote the general welfare of the mentally <br />retarded and mentally and emotionally disturbed <br />and/or ill in the home, in the community, in <br />institutions; and in the schools. <br /> <br />b. To develop a better understanding of mental <br />retardation and mental illness by the public. <br /> <br />c. To plan, develop and maintain adequate facilities <br />to house programs, services and staff utilized <br />in ministering to the general welfare of the <br />mentally retarded and mentally ill. <br /> <br />d. To cooperate with and enlist the support of <br />public, private, religious, and professional <br />groups and agencies at the local, state, and <br />federal levels in the furtherance of these <br />objectives. <br /> <br />e. To provide an advisory body to work with the <br />State Department of Mental Health and Mental <br />Retardation in the planning for and development <br />of programs, services and staff for the general <br />welfare of the mentally retarded and mentally <br />ill in the surrounding community. <br /> <br />f. To further the training, education and recruit- <br />ment of personnel for work in the fields of <br />mental retardation and mental illness at the <br />communi ty level. <br /> <br />g. To solicit and receive funds, contributions <br />and gifts for the accomplishment of any of the <br />above purposes. <br /> <br />such condition to be binding upon and to be observed by the grantee <br /> <br />herein, its successors and assigns. In the event of any violation <br /> <br />or non-observance of the above condition, grantor, its successors <br /> <br />or assigns shall have the right to terminate the estate herein <br /> <br />granted and to reenter and retake said premises; and no act or <br /> <br />omission upon the part of any of the beneficiaries of this clause <br /> <br />shall be a waiver of the operation or enforcement of such condition. <br /> <br />However, it is contemplated that grantee will, from time to time, <br /> <br />wish to mortgage the above described premises for the purpose <br /> <br />of borrowing money to finance improvements and, in which event, <br /> <br />if required by any such mortgagee, the lien so granted shall in <br /> <br />all respects be superior to the rights of reverter reserved herein <br /> <br />by grantor and any reentry or retaking by grantor shall be subject <br /> <br />to such lien. <br />
