<br />-6- <br /> <br />liable for any unpaid amount owed under Part IV. <br /> <br />If Lessor shall be in default in performing any of the <br /> <br />terms or provisions of this lease required on its part to be <br /> <br />performed, and Lessee shall give Lessor notice in writing of such <br /> <br />default, and if Lessor shall fail to cure such default within <br /> <br />thirty (30) days after service of such notice, then and in such <br /> <br />event, the lease shall be terminated and cancelled. <br /> <br />Prior to the event Lessee agrees to provide Lessor with <br /> <br />progress reports and plans as required by the Lessor. <br /> <br />XVII. <br /> <br />Lessee shall not assign or sublease this lease without <br /> <br />first obtaining prior written approval of Lessor, which approval <br /> <br />shall not be unreasonably withheld, and further provided that <br /> <br />no sublease or assignment of lease shall be given except for the <br /> <br />purposes and uses authorized hereby. <br /> <br />XVIII. <br /> <br />All covenants, terms and conditions of this Agreement of <br /> <br />Lease must be approved by the Federal Aviation Administration be- <br /> <br />fore the effective date of this lease. <br /> <br />XIX. <br /> <br />No amendment, modification, or alteration of the terms <br /> <br />hereof shall be binding unless the same be in wri ting, dated <br /> <br />subsequent to the date hereof and duly executed by the parties <br /> <br />hereto. <br /> <br />The foregoing instrument in writing constitutes the entire <br /> <br />agreement herein, there being no other written or parole agreement <br /> <br />with any officer or employee of Lessor.
