The scope of these ser- <br />vices shall be as outlined in Section E, Subsections E-2, E-2.l and E-2.3, of <br />the Municipal Solid Waste Management Regulations, dated November, 1980, as pre- <br />pared by the Texas Department of Health and shall include the following: <br /> <br />Premit Application, Part A <br />Technical Information <br />Site Development Plan <br />Boundal~Y Survey <br />Soils Investigation <br />Engineering Report <br />Attachments <br />Location Map <br />Topographi c f~ap <br />Land Use f~ap <br />Aerial Photograph <br />Contour r'iap <br />Sectorized Fill Layout <br />Typical Fill Cross Section <br />Ground and Surface Water Protective Facilities <br />Landfill Completion Plan <br />Legal Description of the Site <br />Concept of Operation Plan <br /> <br />This information will complete the package necessary for filing an application. <br /> <br />We propose to furnish these services at our standard hourly rates, see attached <br />fee schedule, and estimate that the total project cost will be approximately <br />$32,000.00.
