<br />D. Additional Services: The CITY, at its discretion, may request <br />the CONSULTANT to attend additional meetings or perform other work beyond <br />the scope of services outlined in Section I of this Contract which are <br />considered necessary, by the CITY, to complete the update of the Master <br />Plan. Compensation for these additional services will be based on the <br />CONSULTANT'S standard Schedule of Charges for miscellaneous projects, as <br />attached and dated September, 1980, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon <br />by and between the CITY and the CONSULTANT. <br />v. PERSONNEL <br />The CONSULTANT represents that it has, or will secure at its own <br />expense all personnel required in performing the CONSULTANT services under <br />this contract. Such personnel shall not be employees of or have any <br />contractual relationship with the CITY. The CONSULTANT will not <br />discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of <br />race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The CONSULTANT shall take <br />affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that <br />employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, <br />color, religion, sex or national origin. Such action shall include, but <br />not be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotions or <br />transfers, recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoffs or termination; <br />rates of payor other forms of compensation; selection for training <br />including apprenticeship; and participation in recreational and educational <br />activities. The CONSULTANT agrees to post in conspicuous places, available <br />to employees and applicants for employment, notices to be provided by the <br />government setting forth the provisions of this nondiscrimination clause. <br />the CONSULTANT will in all solicitations or advertisements for employees <br />placed by or on behalf of the CONSULTANT, state that all qualified <br /> <br />6 <br />
