Highway No. 2439, the following courses numbered ( 9 ) and ( 10) : (9) 355.41 feet along the arc of the said curve to the right, having a radius of 1105.92 feet and a sub-chord which bears, N. 340 27' E, 353.88 feet to a concrete monument found at the POINT OF TANGENCY; (10) N 430 39' E, at 1128.58 feet passing a concrete monument found and continuing on in all, 1311.7.2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING con- taining 78.23 agres of land. said industrial district to be known as "the City of San Marcos Industrial District;" and, WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, and the owner of said property, National Supply Company, Division of Armco, Inc., are desirous of entering into an industrial district agreement having as its terms and conditions the provisions set forth in the attached Industrial District Agreement; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the terms and conditions of the attached Industrial District Agreement be, and the same are hereby, approved in all respects. SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to sign and execute said Industrial District Agreement with National Supply Company, a division of Armco, Inc., on behalf of said City. SECTION 3. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the pro- visions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general circulation wi thin the City.
