Highway <br />No. 2439, for the West corner of the tract here- <br />in described; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the Southeast line of the said R.M. <br />Highway No. 2439, the following courses numbered <br />( 9 ) and ( 10) : <br /> <br />(9) 355.41 feet along the arc of the said curve <br />to the right, having a radius of 1105.92 <br />feet and a sub-chord which bears, N. 340 <br />27' E, 353.88 feet to a concrete monument <br />found at the POINT OF TANGENCY; <br />(10) N 430 39' E, at 1128.58 feet passing a <br />concrete monument found and continuing on in <br />all, 1311.7.2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING con- <br />taining 78.23 agres of land. <br /> <br />said industrial district to be known as "the City of San Marcos <br />Industrial District;" and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, and the owner <br />of said property, National Supply Company, Division of Armco, <br />Inc., are desirous of entering into an industrial district <br />agreement having as its terms and conditions the provisions <br />set forth in the attached Industrial District Agreement; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the terms and conditions of the attached <br />Industrial District Agreement be, and the same are hereby, <br />approved in all respects. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Emmie <br />Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to sign and execute <br />said Industrial District Agreement with National Supply Company, <br />a division of Armco, Inc., on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
