<br />enforcing official has been taken or because such petition <br />for review has been taken and the decision of the enforcing <br />official has not been reversed, then such order shall be <br />executed by the enforcing official. <br /> <br />(4) If such order is not complied with within the time specified <br />in the order, then the enforcing official shall use all <br />available means of enforcement in order to secure compliance <br />with the provisions of this chapter as well as to secure <br />punishment for its violation. <br /> <br />(5) When any notice has been issued and such notice becomes an <br />order within the terms of ths chapter, the enforcing official <br />shall cause to be placed in a conspicuous place on the <br />premises a notice which shall read substantially as follows: <br /> <br />These premises are in violation of the requirements of <br />the City of San Marcos Landscaping and Buffering <br />Ordinance. This notice is to remain as placed here until <br />the requirements of said ordinance have been complied <br />with.
