<br />(f) In granting or denying the request, the appeals board <br />shall, in each instance, state its reasons therefore, and <br />state the length of time, if it is extended, during which <br />the acts required to be done shall be completed, which <br />time in no instance, may be greater than ninety (90) days <br />after the time period stated in the original notice of <br />violation. <br /> <br />(5) An appeal or request for extension of time properly filed <br />within the time and in the manner as herein provided shall <br />stay all action or enforcement appealed from or sought to be <br />extended until final disposition thereof by the appeals board. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-1/2-10. Status of appeals action; review. <br /> <br />A. If the appeals board sustains or modifies the written notice of <br />violation given by the enforcing officer, it shall be deemed an <br />order and action shall be taken by the enforcing official to <br />enforce the same. Any notice of violation served pursuant hereto <br />shall become a final order if no petition in writing for review <br />has been filed by an aggrieved party with the city council of the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas within ten (10) days from the date of <br />such written notice. <br /> <br />24 <br />
