<br />Sec. 14-1/2-11. Conflict with other ordinances. <br /> <br />Whenever the standards and specifications in this chapter conflict with <br />those contained in another ordinance, the most stringent or restrictive <br />provision shall govern. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-1/2-12. Separability. <br /> <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a <br />separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-1/2-13. Authority of the city manager. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized to file for public record and <br />use, rules, regulations, standards and specifications for the <br />construction, and installation, of landscaped elements, but all such <br />rules, regulations, standards and specifications shall be subject to <br />the approval of the City Council. No such rules, regulations, <br />standards and specifications shall conflict with this chapter or any <br />other ordinances of the city. All such improvements shall be <br />constructed, installed, designed, located and arranged by the developer <br />in accordance with such rules, regulations, standards and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />26 <br />
