<br />THENCE, continuing with the Northwest line of the Missouri Pacific <br />Railroad Company right-of-way line 30 feet from and parallel to the <br />centerline of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company tracks, S. 460 <br />41' W. 1265.73 feet to an iron stake set ~t base of corner fence post <br />in the Northeast line of Redwood Road for the South corner of the <br />tract herein described; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said Northwest line of the Missouri Pacific <br />Railroad Company right-of-way, with the North line of Redwood Road <br />and fence, N. 460 17' W. 1893.22 feet to an iron stake set at base <br />of corner post for the South corner of that tract of 43.24 acres of <br />land conveyed to C. D. Moore 43.24 acre tract, N. 430 29' 06" E. 1299.13 <br />feet to an iron stake set in rock mound for the East corner of the <br />said C. D. Moore 43.24 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, with fence and the Northeast line of the said C. D. Moore <br />43.24 acre tract, N. 460 18' 24" W. 320.00 feet to a point, said <br />point being the most Northerly corner of Tract No.5, also being the <br />most Easterly corner of Tract No.3, and also being the most Southerly <br />corner of Tract No.2; <br /> <br />THENCE, N. 40 10' 45" E., a distance of 318.89 feet to an iron pin, <br />said iron pin being the beginning point of this description, located <br />on the North side of Wonder World Drive at the intersection of Hunter <br />Road and Wonder World Drive, to be zoned "LI" (Light Industrial Dis- <br />trict) . <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
