<br />RPF:dz:27.05 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE <br />CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of San <br /> <br />Marcos, Texas, tentatively proposes to authorize the issuance of <br /> <br />interest bearing certificates of obligation of said City in maximum <br /> <br />principal amount not exceeding $ <br /> <br />, for the public purpose of <br /> <br />paying contractual obligations for additions and improvements to the <br /> <br />City's waterworks and sewer system at its meeting to commence at <br /> <br />, 1982, at the regular meeting place <br /> <br />. M. on <br /> <br />thereof in the Ci ty Hall, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />The Ci ty presently <br /> <br />proposes to provide for the payment of such certificates of obligation <br /> <br />by a pledge of revenues from the City's waterworks and sewer system and <br /> <br />the levy of ad valorem taxes. <br />
