38 THE STATE OF TEXAS RELEASE OF EASEMENT THE COUNTY OF HAYS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That The City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and under the laws of the State of Texas, located in Hays County, Texas for and in consideration of Two Hundred Seven and No/lOa Dollars ($207.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Rueben H. Meeks and Marian Nelson Meeks, 820 Bluebonnet Drive, San Marcos, Texas, 78666, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby RELEASE AND FOREVER ABANDON that permanent easement for BLUEBONNET AREA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, granted, sold and conveyed by Rueben H. Meeks and Marian Nelson Meeks to the City of San Marcos, Texas, by instrument dated September 30, 1976, and filed in Volume 300, Page 560, Hays County Deed Records, said easement described more particularly as follows: FIELD NOTES FOR 3,750 SQUARE FEET OF LAND OUT OF THE FOREST HILLS ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, IN BOOK 151, PAGES 19-27 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND CONVEYED TO REUBEN H. MEEKS AND MARIAN NELSON MEEKS BY DEED OF RECORD IN VOLUME 265, PAGE 639 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS. SAID 3,750 SQUARE FEET OF LAND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEING at the Northwest corner of the herein described tract of land, same being also the Southwest corner of a tract of land as conveyed by deed of record to J.B. Roberts in Volume 167, Page 246 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, being also in the East Right-of-Way of Bluebonnet Drive for the Northwest corner hereof; THENCE with the North line of the herein described tract of land, same being also the South line of the said Roberts tract of land, N87018'E for a distance of 150.00 feet to a point, said point being the Southeast corner of the said Roberts tract of land for the Northeast corner hereof: THENCE with the East line of the herein described tract of land, SOlo03'E for a distance of 25.00 feet to a point for the Southeast corner hereof;
