<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CONFIRMING THE
<br />APPOINTMENT OF PAUL BATTAGLIA, DAN NELSON,
<br />DOUG SMITH, CRAIG WHITE, LUPE PICASIO AND
<br />JESSE GUERRA AS DEPUTY CLERKS OF THE SAN
<br />MARCOS MUNICIPAL COURT AND DECLARING AN
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Section 4.03(d) of the San Marcos City Charter pro-
<br />vides that deputy clerks of the San Marcos Munic Court shall
<br />have the power to administer oaths affi ts, to make
<br />certificates, to affix the of court and to general do
<br />perform any and all acts usual and necessary to be performed
<br />by the clerks of courts, in issuing process of said courts, and
<br />ing the business thereof, and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City City of San Marcos, A.C.
<br />Gonzalez, Jr., is of the opinion that additional cler are
<br />necessary to the efficient operation of said Court, and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said City Manager has appointed persons, in
<br />addition to two persons previously appointed, to the position of
<br />k the Municipal Court San Marcos, Texas, and,
<br />
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City San Marcos,
<br />here finds that Paul ia, Dan Nelson, Doug Smith,
<br />White, Lupe picasio and Jesse Guerra are qualifi for
<br />le of lfilling the duties of position of
<br />the Munic Court San Marcos, Texas, now, e,
<br />

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br />
<br />PART 1. That the appointment by the Ci of the
<br />Ci of San Marcos, Texas, of the llowing persons as
<br />ks the San Marcos Munic Court is confirmed:

<br />PART 2. That Resolut 1977-38-R, 25, 1977,
<br />Resolution 1975-40-R, adopted September 8, 1975, Resolution
<br />1974-8-R, April 8, 1974; Resolution 1973-26-R,
<br />December 10, 1973, and any and all other resolutions in conflict
<br />th the terms this resolution are hereby
<br />

<br />PART 3. That this resolution shall become effective
<br />i ately from and after its passage.
