<br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation
<br />
<br />of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State
<br />
<br />of Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly au-
<br />
<br />thorized by ordinance enacted on July 26, 1982, hereinafter
<br />
<br />called "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Five
<br />
<br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00), in hand paid by the Greater Bethel
<br />
<br />Baptist Church, 726 Centre Street, San Marcos, Hays County,
<br />
<br />Texas, 78666, hereinafter called "Grantee", the receipt of which
<br />
<br />is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by
<br />
<br />these presents does GP~NT, SELL AND CONVEY, to Grantee all the
<br />
<br />following described property, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The Northwest One-half (NW 1/2) of Lot "G"
<br />Block Two (2), B.W. Breeding Addition to the
<br />City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, accord-
<br />ing to the map or plat thereof, recorded in
<br />Vol. "0", Page 202, Hays County Deed Records,
<br />and as conveyed to Willie Mae Beard by Deed
<br />Recorded in Vol. 170, Page 471, Hays County
<br />Deed Records, save and except that portion con-
<br />veyed to the Greater Bethal Baptist Church by
<br />deed recorded in Volume 289, Page 493, Hays
<br />County Deed Records.

<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together
<br />
<br />with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in
<br />
<br />anywise belonging, unto the said Grantee, its successors and
<br />
<br />assigns forever.
<br />
<br />And, Grantor does hereby bind itself, its legal representatives
<br />
<br />and assigns, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the
<br />
<br />said premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns
<br />
<br />against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
<br />
<br />same, or any part thereof.
