<br />policy so procured shall be delivered by Company to City within <br /> <br />ten (10) days of the inception of such policy by the insurance <br /> <br />company~ The minimum limits of any insurance coverage required <br /> <br />herein shall not limit Company's liability under Part XII of <br /> <br /> <br />this lease. <br /> <br />XII. <br />A. Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless City from <br />all damages, claims, losses, demands, suits, judgments, costs, <br />including reasonable attorney's fees, and expenses arising out <br />of or resulting from the use by Company of the demised premises <br />for manufacturing and selling radio antennas, provided that any <br />such claim is caused in whole or in part by any negligent act or <br />omission of Company, regardless of whether it is caused in part <br />by City. Said indemnification shall occur whenever said negligent <br /> <br /> <br />act or omission is that of Company, anyone directly or indirectly <br /> <br /> <br />employed by Company or anyone for whose acts Company may be liable. <br /> <br />Company shall defend any litigation in connection with the use of <br /> <br /> <br />said demised premises for manufacturing and selling radio antennas. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Company shall store its property in, and shall occupy <br /> <br /> <br />the demised premises and all other portions of said Airport at its <br /> <br /> <br />own risk, and releases City, to the full extent permitted by law, <br /> <br /> <br />from all claims of every kind resulting in loss of life, personal <br /> <br /> <br />or bodily injury or property damage; and, <br /> <br />C. City shall not be responsible or liable at any time for <br /> <br /> <br />any loss or damage of Company's fixtures, or any other personal <br /> <br /> <br />property of Company; and, <br /> <br />D. City shall not be responsible or liable to Company or <br /> <br /> <br />those claiming by, through, or under Company for any loss or <br /> <br />damage to either the person or property of Company that may be <br /> <br />occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying <br /> <br /> <br />adjacent, connecting, or adjoining premises; and, <br /> <br /> <br />E. City shall not be responsible or liable for any defect, <br /> <br /> <br />latent or otherwise, in any building in the airport area or of any <br /> <br /> <br />of the equipment, machinery, utilities, appliances, or apparatus <br />
