<br /> <br />134 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING <br />APPENDIX C OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF <br />SAID CITY TO REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />DRAINAGE AND EROSION CONTROL ORDINANCE OF <br />SAID CITY BY TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF A SUBDIVISION AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1982-42 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a subsection to <br />Article V, Section E(2) of Appendix C, to be numbered e, which <br />said subsection reads as follows: <br /> <br />e. Site Development Plans <br /> <br />All requirements of the Interim Drainage and <br />Erosion Control Ordinance shall have been met <br />at the time of Final Plat submission. The <br />required plans and report shall be submitted <br />with these construction plans. Detailed cost <br />estimates for all items required by these plans <br />shall be included in the cost estimates required <br />by Section E.l.b. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That any person, firm, or corporation violating <br />any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day <br />or portion thereof during which any violation hereof is committed, <br />continues, or is permitted, and upon conviction of any such viola- <br />tion shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars <br />($200.00). <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
