<br />138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1982-40R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROV- <br />ING THE TEID1S AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE <br />BETWEEN SAID CITY AND W.A. HIBBERT OF <br />PREMISES LOCATED AT SAN HARCOS t-1UNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID <br />CITY TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, W.A. Hibbert desires to lease a portion of <br />the San Marcos Municipal Airport for aircraft and aviation <br />purposes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, hereby finds and determines that the granting of <br />said lease on the terms and conditions attached hereto would <br />be in the best interest of said City; now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Lease between the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, and W.A. Hibbert for premises located at San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport for aircraft and aviation purposes, a <br />copy of which Lease is attached hereto and incorporated here- <br />in for all intents and purposes be, and the same is hereby, <br />approved in all respects. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Emmie Craddock, <br />be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said agreement <br />on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
