<br />-9- <br /> <br />such agreement restricts the operation of the demised preniscs, appropriatL' <br /> <br />rental reductions shall be negotiated. ln the event that such appropriate <br /> <br />rental reductions cannot be neGotiated, then this lease shall terminate <br /> <br />and the parties hereto shall have no further obligations hereunder. <br /> <br />XVI1. <br /> <br />Any pe ruancnt improvement placed upon said demised premises by Hibbert <br /> <br />during the term of such lease shall revert to City on termination of the lease; <br /> <br />provided, hO\.,rever, that Hibbert, having paid all rentals and not being in default <br /> <br />thereof, may remove said portable hangar and shall be given a reasonable <br /> <br />tir.le, not to exceed thirty (0) days after the termination of this lease, to <br /> <br />remove said hangar and all of Hibbert's personal property. <br /> <br />XVIII. <br /> <br />Hibbert shall not assign or sublease this lease without first obtaining <br /> <br />the prior written approval of the City, which approval shall not be unreasonably <br /> <br />withheld.
