<br />WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for
<br />funds received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 13; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
<br />a public necessity exists which requires amendment of said
<br />budget and reappropriation of the funds from Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 13; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on Sep-
<br />tember 7, 1982, the City Council of the City of San Marcos,
<br />Texas, adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal year
<br />beginning October 1, 1982, and ending on September 30, 1983;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for
<br />funds received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 14; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
<br />a public necessity exists which requires amendment of said
<br />budget and reappropriation of the funds from Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 14; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. That Ordinance 1976-31, adopted September
<br />13, 1976, which set forth an itemized estimate of the ex-
<br />pense of conducting each administrative unit of the munici-
<br />pal government of said City for the fiscal year beginning
<br />october 1, 1976, and ending on September 30, 1977, and
<br />appropriated money for the various funds and purposes of
<br />such estimate, and which appropriated funds from Revenue
<br />Sharing Entitlement No.8, be amended as set forth in Ex-
<br />hibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
<br />for all intents and purposes.

<br />SECTION 2. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 8 as shown on the said Exhibit A are hereby
<br />approved and adopted.

<br />SECTION 3. That Ordinance 1978-43, adopted September
<br />13, 1978, which set forth an itemized estimate of the ex-
<br />pense of conducting each administrative unit of the munici-
<br />pal government of said City for the fiscal year beginning
<br />October 1, 1978, and ending on September 30, 1979, and ap-
<br />propriated money for the various funds and purposes of such
<br />estimate, and which appropriated funds from Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 10, be amended as set forth in Exhibit B
<br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
<br />intents and purposes.

<br />SECTION 4. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 10 as shown on the said Exhibit B are hereby
<br />approved and adopted.
<br />
<br />SECTION 5. That Ordinance 1979-38, adopted September
<br />10, 1979, which set forth an itemized estimate of the ex-
<br />pense of conducting each administrative unit of the munici-
<br />pal government of said City for the fiscal year beginning
<br />October 1, 1979, and ending on September 30, 1980, and
<br />appropriated money for the various funds and purposes of
<br />such estimate, and which appropriated funds from Revenue
<br />Sharing Entitlement No. 11, be amended as set forth in
<br />Exhibit C which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
<br />for all intents and purposes.
