<br />65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1982-61R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, INCREASING <br />THE RENTAL FEE FOR T-HANGARS AT SAN <br />MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT REPEALING THAT <br />PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1982-l8R IN <br />CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN tffiRCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the rental for those premises known <br />as T-Hangar spaces in Units A, Band C of the San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport should be $82.50 per month. <br /> <br />PART 2. That for purposes of this rental fee T-Hanger <br />spaces located in Units A, Band C of the San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport shall be as identified on Exhibit A of Resolution 1982- <br />l8R. <br /> <br />PART 3. That that portion of Part 1 of Resolution 1982- <br />l8R which is in conflict with this ordinance is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />PART 4. That all other portions of Resolution 1982-l8R <br />shall continue in full force and effect. <br /> <br />PART 5.
