LEGAL DESCRIPTION A parcel of land containing 14,400 square feet out of the F. M. Stovall Survey No. 1, Hays County, Texas, and lying wholly within that 307.12 acre tract conveyed iby First Investors Leasing Corporation to Emmett F. McCoy by that deed dated 8 March 1974, filed on 11 March 1974, and recorded on 12 March 1974 in the deed records of said county. This 14,400 square foot parcel is shown on a plat of a survey of said parcel by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, dated 3 September 1982, and is described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the west corner of the 14,400 square foot parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped steel rod monument on the southeast line of a fifty foot wide private road, from this west corner an iron pipe marking the east corner of Lot 9 of Valley View West, an unrecorded subdivision, bears N44059'00"W a distance of 50.0 feet, and thence N45001'00"E a distance of 760.28 feet. From this west corner an iron pipe marking the point of curvature on the southeast line of Lot 8 of said subdivision bears N44059'00"W a distance of 50.0 feet, and thence S4500l'00"W a distance of 309.71 feet; Thence, from the point of beginning, N45001'00"E along the southeast line of the private road a distance of 120.0 feet to the north corner of the 14,400 square foot parcel, from which an aluminum capped steel rod witness corner bears S4500l'00"W a distance of 2.00 feet; Thence, from the north corner of this parcel, S44059'00"E a distance of 120.0 feet to the east corner of this parcel from which an aluminum capped steel rod witness corner bears S45001'00"W a distance of 2.0 feet; Thence, from the east corner of this parcel, S4500l'00"W a distance of 120.0 feet to the south corner of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped steel rod monument; Thence, from the south corner of this parcel, N44059'00"1\T a distance of 120.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing 14,400 square feet. la
