Ms. Tatum moved to appoint Bonnie <br />Marshall to represent the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School <br />District, which passed unanimously. The remaining appointment will be <br />rescheduled. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to the San Marcos Electrical Board. Ms. Narvaiz moved to <br />appoint Tom Flaunders as the General Contractor representative and Mr. <br />Montoya moved to appoint Ronnie LaCaze as the San Marcos Electric Utility <br />representative, which passed unanimously. The remaining appointment will <br />be rescheduled. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of six <br />appointments to the Central Texas Higher Education Authority. Mr. <br />Mihalkanin moved to reappoint Clifford Bandy, Jeana Fulfer and Marcos <br />Hernandez, and Mr. Mayhew moved to appoint Charles Austin, Ross Miller and <br />Don Nash, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration a public hearing and <br />approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING LOT 45, OF <br />THE A.M. RAMSAY ADDITION LOCATED AT 203 THIRD STREET FROM ~M" SINGLE- <br />FAI~ILY, DUPLEX AND NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO ~R-i" SINGLE- <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (LOW DENSITY); INCLUDING PROCEDURAL <br />PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished <br />to speak.
