Ms. Narvaiz moved to appoint Tom Flaunders as the General Contractor representative and Mr. Montoya moved to appoint Ronnie LaCaze as the San Marcos Electric Utility representative, which passed unanimously. Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration a public hearing and approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING LOT 45, OF THE A.M. RAMSAY ADDITION LOCATED AT 203 THIRD STREET FROM ~M" SINGLE- FAI~ILY, DUPLEX AND NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO ~R-i" SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (LOW DENSITY); INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
