<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1 51 . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006 _ 11:) R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING A REVISED DEPOSITORY SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; APPROVING A <br />MERCHANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BA MERCHANT SERVICES, <br />LLC; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE BOTH <br />AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached Revised Depository Services Agreement between the City and <br />Bank of American, N.A. is approved. This approval supersedes the approval of the Depository <br />Services Agreement with Bank of America, N.A. in the resolution adopted by the City Council on <br />January 17, 2006. <br /> <br />PART 2. The attached Merchant Services Agreement between the City and BA <br />Merchant Services, LLC is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute both Agreements <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
