<br />. the seizure or forfeiture of, or the issuance of any writ of possession, garnishment or <br />attach ment, or any turnover order for any property; <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. the determination by us that we are insecure for any reason; <br /> <br />. the determination by us that any such person fails to meet credit criteria initially used <br />by us to approve the Card Services; or <br /> <br />. the failure to comply with any law or regulation controlling its operation. <br /> <br />Upon any termination of the Card Services, (i) the entire balance outstanding on all Card <br />Accounts shall, at our option, become immediately due and payable and (ij) you will <br />immediately destroy, and will instruct all Cardholders to immediately destroy, all Cards <br />and Convenience Checks. Your responsibility to pay for all Transactions regarding each <br />Card Account will continue until a reasonable period of time after you notify us to close <br />the Card Account or until you pay for all Transactions entered into before we close the <br />Card Account to future use, whichever occurs later. After termination, you and all <br />Cardholders will make no new Transactions on any Card Account. If, however, such <br />Transactions are made, you will be liable for each of them. <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL DEPOSITS <br /> <br />With our Commercial Deposits Services, you may make deposits of coin and currency, <br />checks and other payment instruments at one of our designated banking centers (which , <br />may include an automated business center), depository facilities (which may include a <br />night depository facility), processing centers or cash vaults. If these deposits are <br />delivered by you or your agent before the cutoff time specified in the applicable User <br />Documentation, we will give you same-day provisional credit for such deposits, subject <br />to later verification by us and our availability schedule. Banking center deposits that are <br />immediately verified are covered under your Account Agreement. <br /> <br />YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />You agree to prepare all deposits accurately and in good faith and to follow the <br />procedures for preparation, packaging and delivery of deposits as provided in the <br />applicable User Documentation. <br /> <br />For deposits made to an automated business center, you will automatically be provided a <br />receipt. In all other cases, in order to receive a receipt of deposit, you must provide a <br />duplicate deposit slip in addition to the number of original deposit slips required by us <br />to process the deposit. We will stamp this duplicate deposit slip and return it to you. In <br />all cases, deposits are subject to later verification by us. <br /> <br />If you use an armored carrier to transport your deposits, you must contract separately <br />with an armored carrier service that is acceptable to us. For deposits made to one of our <br />cash vaults, we may require that you use an armored carrier. Armored carriers are your <br />agents. <br /> <br />.1 <br />
