I

I

I

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

1. Cash Pay - Payroll Card
CashPay, the Depository's Visa@ card-based payroll solution, enables the City to automate
payroll by allowing the City to offer direct deposit to employees that either do not qualify for, or
choose not to have traditional bank accounts.

2. Corporate Purchasinl!: Card

The Corporate Purchasing Card allows the City to purchase goods or services and have payment
made to their suppliers within 48 hours, eliminating traditional paper intensive, manual purchase
order and accounts payable processes. The program enables the City to consolidate its
cardholders' combined monthly purchases into one single deferred payment to the bank. In
addition, the service offers the optional feature of providing the City with an electronic file of
transaction data sufficient to automatically allocate and interface into its ERP or AlP system;
standard reports can be accessed via the Internet. The Bank of America Corporate Purchasing
Card offer both Visa and MasterCard platforms.

3. ePayables Solution

ePayables solution is an electronic payment product targeting disbursement and AP spend.
ePayables offers a paper to electronic payment solution that combines streamlined card account
integration with existing client ERP and payables processes. The ePayables Solution integrates
seamlessly with the City's Accounts Payable process via secure card payments.

4. Remote Deposit Service

Remote Deposit is the capture product that places item truncation at the beginning of the
payment stream, with the City. Remote Deposit Service can help the City electronically clear
checks, access funds and reconcile accounts faster than the City has before. Remote Deposit
leverages the Check 21 Act, which permits check truncation, or the elimination of the original
check in the check clearing process. This service allows the City to convert checks to ACH
payments or use image-based technology to truncate them at the point of capture.

5. ATM
The City serves a large number of employees and citizens and would like to place a single A TM
machine at City Hall. This service will be explored further during the duration of the contract to
determine the feasibility of such service.

Bank of America will waive the first six months of the newly awarded contract's fees.

Bank of America.

Page 7
